Solution

The sorting system needs to quickly process massive packages, requiring the executing mechanism (such as wheels, belts, arms) to be able to start,
stop, and operate at high speed. It is necessary to accurately push, insert, or move packages into designated sorting compartments,
and the accuracy of position control directly affects the sorting error rate. The sorting action is a frequent short cycle motion that requires the motor
to quickly respond to control instructions and achieve millisecond level acceleration and deceleration.

Robotic arm sorting: In the "single piece separation" or "goods to person" workstation, six axis or Delta parallel robots are responsible for grabbing
and sorting items. The driving core of each joint of the robot is a high-performance AC or DC servo system, which enables fast and
precise movement of complex trajectories.

Paired with SKWARFOR P1 series low-voltage DC servo

Advantages;

By achieving high speed and response, the sorting time for individual packages has been shortened, thereby improving the overall throughput
capacity of the system.

Accurate position control minimizes sorting error rates and reduces subsequent manual error correction costs.

Through software programming, sorting logic and paths can be easily changed to meet the sorting needs of packages of different sizes, weights,
and destinations, adapting to business changes.

The design of long lifespan and maintenance free (or minimal maintenance) ensures the continuous and stable operation of the system 24/7

Low voltage power supply fundamentally reduces electrical risks and provides better safety guarantees for operators and maintenance personnel.
