Solution

A well-known food production enterprise encountered a bottleneck on its high-speed biscuit packaging line. The original driving scheme (traditional
stepper motor+driver) has exposed the following problems under long-term high-speed operation:

When there is a sudden load change (such as product jamming), the motor is prone to step loss, resulting in inaccurate cutting position of the packaging
film, skewed sealing, material waste, and frequent shutdowns.

To ensure reliability, the operating speed of the equipment cannot be set too high, which limits the increase in the overall production capacity of the line

To solve the above problems, the equipment manufacturer has decided to upgrade the core workstations of the packaging machine - the horizontal
sealing and cutting device and the material conveying device - by using high-performance integrated closed-loop stepper motors.

The value brought by the integrated closed-loop motor:

Never lose step, extremely high accuracy: The built-in encoder monitors the rotor position in real time. Once a position deviation is detected (such as
increased resistance due to blade sticking), the controller will compensate instantly to ensure that each cutting accurately falls on the preset marking
point, completely solving the problem of skewed sealing.

High responsiveness: The closed-loop control algorithm of the motor enables it to respond to control instructions faster, achieving smooth start stop
and precise synchronization at high speeds, allowing the equipment to operate at higher speeds.

High reliability: The integrated design reduces external wiring, lowers the risk of failure caused by loose connectors, enhances anti-interference ability,
and adapts to industrial environments.
