HSD series harmonic reduction machine

The HSD series flexible wheel is a flanged ultra short cylinder structure, which can be fixed at the end of the rigid wheel and
connected to the output of the flexible wheel, or fixed at the end of the flexible wheel and connected to the output of the rigid
wheel. By changing the product performance state, the axial length of the HSD-I shaft is reduced by about 50%.

In this harmonic reducer, a wave generator (usually composed of a cam and flexible bearing combination) is inserted into the
flexible wheel, forcing it to undergo elastic deformation and form an elliptical shape. This deformation causes the long axis of
the flexible wheel to fully mesh with the tooth groove of the rigid wheel, while the short axis is completely disengaged. With the
continuous rotation of the wave generator, the flexible wheel continuously deforms and undergoes a cyclic process of meshing,
disengagement, and disengagement with the teeth of the rigid wheel, thereby achieving motion transmission and deceleration.
