HCD series harmonic reducer

The HCD series is a miniaturized product developed based on market demand. Compared to the HCS series with the same torque 
capacity, the HCD series is more compact and has a thin-walled structure. It pursues small models without changing performance,
and fully embodies the concept of "small and beautiful".

In this harmonic reducer, a wave generator (usually composed of a cam and flexible bearing combination) is inserted into the
flexible wheel, forcing it to undergo elastic deformation and form an elliptical shape. This deformation causes the long axis of the
flexible wheel to fully mesh with the tooth groove of the rigid wheel, while the short axis is completely disengaged. With the
continuous rotation of the wave generator, the flexible wheel continuously deforms and undergoes a cyclic process of meshing,
disengagement, and disengagement with the teeth of the rigid wheel, thereby achieving motion transmission and deceleration.
