HCS-I series harmonic reducer

The flexible wheel is a cup-shaped standard cylinder structure with a small volume. The input shaft is directly matched with the inner hole of the wave generator. It is connected through a flat key and usually fixed with a rigid wheel. The connection method used for the output of the flexible wheel is high meshing degree, lightweight and compact. The characteristics of HCS harmonic reducer are high transmission accuracy, low noise, fast response speed, and good reliability. In addition, due to its multiple teeth meshing simultaneously at two 180 degree symmetrical positions, the impact of gear pitch error and cumulative pitch error on rotational accuracy is relatively even, resulting in extremely high positional and rotational accuracy

The HCS series flexible wheel adopts a cup-shaped standard cylinder structure, and the input shaft is directly matched with the
inner hole of the wave generator. Connect through flat keys. Generally, steel wheel end fixation and flexible wheel end output
connection are used.

Cup type harmonic reducer is a high-precision, low-noise mechanical transmission device that adopts the principle of harmonic
transmission. Its internal structure consists of a flexible skeleton (flexible wheel) and rigid gears (rigid wheel). Flexible wheels are
usually thin cylindrical cups made of alloy steel, with external teeth on the open end of the cup. A rigid wheel is a ring-shaped
component with an internal gear ring, usually two more teeth than a flexible wheel, and is usually fixed on the reducer body.

When the wave generator is installed into the inner circle of the flexible wheel, it forces the flexible wheel to undergo elastic
deformation and become elliptical, so that the flexible wheel gear at its long axis is inserted into the tooth groove of the rigid
wheel, becoming fully engaged; And the two wheel teeth at its short axis are completely out of contact and in a disengaged state.
The process from engagement to disengagement is in a state of disengagement or disengagement. When the wave generator
rotates continuously, it forces the flexible wheel to continuously deform, causing the two wheel teeth to constantly change their
working states during the process of meshing, engagement, disengagement, and disengagement, resulting in the so-called
misalignment motion, thus achieving the motion transmission between the active wave generator and the flexible wheel.

The characteristics of cup type harmonic reducer are high transmission accuracy, low noise, fast response speed, and good
reliability. In addition, due to its multiple teeth meshing simultaneously at two 180 degree symmetrical positions, the impact
of gear pitch error and cumulative pitch error on rotational accuracy is relatively even, resulting in extremely high positional
and rotational accuracy.
