HST-I type harmonic reducer

The HST-I series flexible wheel adopts a hollow flanged standard cylinder structure, with a compact overall structure. The input
shaft is directly matched with the inner hole of the wave generator and connected through a flat key. It can be connected using
both rigid wheel end fixation and flexible wheel end output; It can also be connected by fixing the flexible wheel end and
outputting the
rigid wheel end.    

HST-I harmonic reducer has many advantages, such as high precision, high efficiency, high rigidity, etc. Due to its compact
structure and light weight, it is very suitable for use in space constrained situations. In addition, the HST-I harmonic reducer
has a wide range of transmission ratios and can meet various transmission needs.

The working principle of HST-I harmonic reducer is similar to other harmonic reducers, which use the elastic deformation of
flexible and rigid wheels to achieve transmission. The rotational motion of the wave generator is converted into the elliptical
motion of the flexible wheel, causing periodic deformation of the flexible wheel, which then meshes with the rigid wheel to
achieve deceleration.
